Below are images of the bumper being removed and plastic welded to fix cracks and form new shapes for aerodynamics, styling and strengthening

This project was just a hobby of mine where I learnt automotive trades and learnt panel beating and painting, which are good skills to develop in the
automotive industry

I have a background in cars and was able to expand my technical skills into a project. I shaped the bumper to look as stock standard as possible, adding slightly sharper lines where it would disperse the wind more efficiently

This project consisted of stripping back the car and doing repairs on the panels as well as making slight modifications. I stripped the paint back to metal and done some creative welding work to fix rust spots and patches. This is a useful skill to have and sheet metal fabrication can be very useful in prototyping, especially in the automotive design industry
